I am excited to share this FO Friday project! A few weeks back I finished a Sproutlette Dress in Orange Crush for MarigoldJen. I hear it will be on display at MDSW this weekend so it might be seen “in the wild”!
Isn’t it adorable? I truly loved working on this sample knit. Jenny asked me to make the 6-12 month size of the dress, the pattern is by Tanis Lavallee. I used less than a full skein of the merino-silk fingering for this size.
The details in the design are really very sweet and not difficult at all. I would make this again, it’s so sweet! This yarn was not only lovely to knit with, the depth of the color is truly incredible!
beautiful, had to add this to the queue
That is a darling dress. The details actually look quite difficult. It is so nice when something looks harder than it is! If I had a little girl to knit for, I would want to make one of these!
I think it was on display today at MDSW and it caused me to buy yarn to make it! Beautiful!
Oh thank you Elizabeth! I’m happy to help enable! 🙂
