Straight off the hook to around my neck, the Elisabeth Triangle Scarf is marked “Finished”. I am slowly working on building my crochet skills so I can do more than amigurumi and dishcloths. This pattern uses the corner to corner (C2C) technique. I’ve admired this method in a lot of graphghan-style blankets. I mean, c’mon: Harry Potter, Pac-Man, Gilmore Girls, and this Greyhound one! Back to my project:
I really enjoyed Elisabeth Desamour’s pattern, it was straightforward and easy to follow. Also, she created a blog post with great photos to give you the visual on how to start! My intent was to use up my three skeins of Malabrigo Rios (Aguas colorway), but I did run out of yarn at row 49. I ripped back to row 43 then skipped ahead to the ending rows. It’s a flexible design and my finished scarf is plenty big. Tassels are not really my thing, so I’ll be skipping that part. I haven’t washed or blocked it and I don’t know that I will. In this project it’s not a big deal nor is it required.
Aguas is a tricky colorway to photograph. It’s green, grey, blue, teal, and slate!
My Greyhound Jenny Lou looks just like yours. Saw you crocheted yours a sweater and would love the pattern. My email is sharon12150@hotmail.com Thanks, Sharon
I’m sorry the pattern is no longer available! I’m not able to find it in my files.
