Last week I shared that I had started The Husband’s Secret in my Yarn Along post. Not surprisingly, I devoured it – it was interesting, and soap-opera-ish, and I couldn’t put it down. Perfect summer fodder. It has already been returned to the library, as it’s one of their “7-day” loans. My reading mojo is back (yay!) and I grabbed The Girl on the Train from the same section. Very interesting so far, trying to figure out just where this one is going.
My picture for the week is in black and white and sort of blobby, as I am trying to be a monogamous knitter this week and get this sample knit finished! The back and sleeves are the correct length to begin the armhole shaping. Still have to do the two fronts, button-band and seaming!
I loved The Girl on the Train. It is well-written light reading.
I read The Girl on the Train a couple of weeks ago. No spoilers, but the ending got me by surprise.
Love the pattern on your sample.
