I’m sorry to read that your job is stressing you out so much. I used to work with middle school students in a library setting, and some days it was so hard not to feel burned out, so I can only imagine having them all day rather than just after school. I wish you luck in whatever you decide to do next.
I like the vest myself, that is high on my list. I am thinking of doing it with the wildflower that I got from hopyard and doubling it. Maybe it will also be what I make my sister for christmas this year. It is a great pattern
